Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a minimum of seven (7) years thereafter, in accordance with Canadian tax and accounting requirements and applicable legal hold obligations.
Website usage and analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention settings of the applicable analytics platform.
Recruitment data for unsuccessful applicants is retained for no longer than twelve (12) months following the close of the relevant hiring process, unless you have consented to retention for a longer period for future opportunities.
When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
