THE ROLE
Key responsibilities
Proactively research industries and companies to spot potential customers who could benefit from our AI solutions, and start meaningful conversations through calls, emails, and social channels.
Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualify their needs, and smoothly book meetings with our sales team when there is a good fit.
Dig into each prospect's challenges and goals so your outreach is personalised, relevant, and shows a clear understanding of how our AI can help.
Track and manage all leads in our CRM, keeping everything up to date and organised so no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Work closely with the sales team, sharing key details about qualified leads and collaborating to move deals forward.
Share feedback on what is working and what is not, helping refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting.
Support the team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials that help move conversations to the closing stage faster.
Keep the CRM clean and accurate, ensuring everyone has full visibility into the pipeline and next steps.
Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation goals, with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
Stay plugged into industry trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities, adjusting your approach so we are always one step ahead.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate
2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on AI/ML technologies and their market applications.
Fluent in English with impeccable grammar
Driven by results and enjoys using data, automation, and AI tools to hit and surpass sales goals
Knowledgeable about the AI marketplace
Eager to continuously learn and improve
Highly organised
Exceptional at understanding clients' needs
Skilled at building systems
Adaptable and dynamic
Great at listening to clients, understanding what they need, and matching them with the right AI solutions
NICE TO HAVE
Bonus experience
Experience articulating the value of AI solutions in marketing automation, CRM, or creative content generation tools to potential clients.
Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD practices for AI model deployment, or containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) as it relates to client needs and project delivery.
Understanding of chat interfaces, real-time agents, or tool-use AI applications, with the ability to demonstrate their benefits to customers.
Knowledge of semantic search, embeddings, and natural language understanding in relation to product functionalities and client use cases.
Proficiency with platforms like n8n, Notion API, Airtable, HubSpot, Zapier, or other no-code integration tools to facilitate client solutions and workflows.

Is this role fully remote?
Yes. This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you are available during core collaboration hours and consistently hitting your targets.
What does the compensation look like?
Compensation is performance-based with no ceiling. Base pay is competitive, and top performers earn significantly more through uncapped commission. We believe your earnings should reflect your output, not an arbitrary cap set by someone else.
What does the training look like?
You receive access to over $50,000 worth of specialised courses across AI, sales, and marketing. Beyond that, you work directly alongside SA Media leadership, giving you real-time mentorship that no course can replicate.
Do I need a background specifically in AI?
You need to be genuinely knowledgeable about the AI marketplace and comfortable discussing AI solutions with business clients. You do not need to be a developer or data scientist. Curiosity, commercial instinct, and the ability to learn fast matter more than a specific credential.
How quickly does SA Media move?
Fast. We do not have layers of approval, unnecessary meetings, or bureaucratic delays. If you have an idea that will improve our pipeline or close more deals, you bring it up and we act on it. High performers at SA Media gain responsibility quickly.
Will I have direct access to the founder and leadership?
Yes. SA Media is a firm where leadership is accessible and involved. You will work closely with Saim Abbasi and the senior team. This is not a company where you are separated from decision-makers by five layers of management.
